Founded by John Legend, HUMANLEVEL is igniting systemic change and building racial equity across American cities and communities.

We recognize that the systems meant to provide opportunity —jobs, housing, education, health, justice — were not designed to benefit everyone. In order to change these systems, we need a new approach.

Change happens locally — that is where we connect with each other on a human level. Together with FUSE Corps, this initiative is connecting city leaders with local changemakers across the country to break the cycle of structural racism and build what’s next: a society that works for and includes everyone.
